Covid Precautions
It is of utmost importance to me that our sessions feel safe and socially distant for your health and the health of all my clients. Some things to know before our session:
Sessions take place in a large, private fitness room inside WNC Barbell. Myself and my clients are the only ones who use this room, and in addition to my personal cleaning of it daily, is professionally cleaned 3x/week.
/x week the room receives a Medical Grade Sanitizing Service which kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria
Weights and mats are wiped down with disinfectant between each client
During our sessions we will socially distance, and it is up to you if you’d like to wear a mask or not. I am happy to wear a mask if that is your preference.
